If somebody else was driving my car and got in an accident without insurance, am I going to be sued?
Your automobile insurance should provide a defense to a lawsuit based upon a covered event. As a matter of course you should inform your automobile insurance carrier of any wrecks which occur with your automobile as soon as possible. Further it is advisable that you contact an attorney with any legal questions you may have.
