This April 4, 2010 photo, released by the law firm of Brody, Hardoon, Perkins & Kesten on behalf of the Sean Bowman family, shows Sean Bowman with his daughters. Bowman was killed Oct. 15, after the axle of the 2001 Ford Windstar van he was driving broke, three days before a recall notice about defective axels was mailed to his home.
